Day 8.

Your workout routine.

45 minutes either on the treadmill or the workout bike and then 150 jumping jacks everyday. 

It’s not much but I’m eating under 500 cals so I don’t really have the energy to do more right now.

Day 7. 

Do your parents know you’re trying to lose weight? Do they care? 

Right now, they don’t, and I’m trying to keep it that way or they’ll butt in and start annoying me so much. When it starts noticing more though, I’m pretty sure they’ll know but I’ll attempt to shrug it off.
